Further, only the enterpriser who owns the account or individuals with written permission from the owner of the account is allowed to use the dashboard linked to the said account. The owner of the account is solely responsible for ensuring the privacy of his/her account once said account details such as username and password is turned over to the account owner or any representative thereof. Without limiting other remedies, Pro-Fit may at its sole discretion limit your activity, temporarily or indefinitely suspend or refuse to provide the Service to you if any of the following conditions are met: (a) you fail to comply to any Terms and Conditions, policies, rules and regulations incorporated by reference as well as any applicable laws; (b) we are unable to verify or authenticate any information provided to us which we deemed is requisite and necessary; (c) we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to us; or (d) upon Pro-Fit’s sole determination that you have or are about to commit an act inimical to our best interest. Refund and Exchange Policy At Pro-Fit Universal Corporation, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our enterprisers and customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our products are quality checked and carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. All sales are final and no cash refund shall be given under any circumstance. No refund shall be given on any defective items; we will only do exchange. Exchange shall only be given after due investigation and upon the conclusion that the item was damaged or faulty before leaving our store or office. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within five (5) business days of receipt date. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers. Orders can not be cancelled once it is being processed. No exchange or cancellation will be entertained. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Pro-Fit will not be responsible for any missing parcel / lateness / return back due to a third party delivery partner. Payments In using the Service, you attest to the completeness, truthfulness, and accuracy of the corresponding Enterpriser’s Information Sheet that should be filled-in, signed, and transmitted to Pro-Fit before proceeding or after your payment. The name indicated in your payment through the Service should match the name in its corresponding Enterpriser’s Information Sheet. A letter of request along with a valid ID must be submitted to correct or amend any errors or mistakes in any field in the Enterpriser’s Information Sheet. Each request for change or amendment have corresponding charges which the enterpriser agrees to pay including any applicable taxes. You attest that (a) any and all personal information, including credit/debit card information, you supply are true and complete; (b) the credit/debit card used in order to transact payment through the Service and/or this Website are active and valid and the charges to the same will be honored by the issuing credit/debit card company and (c) you will pay such charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. Should you use a credit/debit card when using the Service, you attest that the owner of the credit/debit card you are using has granted you specific authorization to do so. Pro-Fit reserves the right to cancel the transaction, in the exercise of reasonable discretion, if it is determined that the payment has been done fraudulently, unlawfully, or without proper authorization, and you shall indemnify and hold Pro-Fit free and harmless from any claim or liability in connection therewith. Successful transactions will receive (a) an option to print your payment confirmation page at the Website, and/or (b) a copy of your payment confirmation in the email address which you supplied when registering for the Service.
